Inspections

Having spent many years in the construction trade and particularly in the restoration business I am sufficiently equipped with valuable knowledge to assist a client in their decision making process when seeking to purchase a house. I perform very exhaustive visual inspections providing the client with both oral and written reports giving them the informative knowledge they need in making a purchase of a house. Through my experience I am able to show the client elements in a house that not only do not measure up to standard-building requirements, but other elements of construction that could require costly remedies sooner or later. Through careful inspections and informative reports I have been able to save my clients thousands of dollars both the negotiating the price of the house at the time of contract, or by the knowledge they have gained through such inspections to walk away from a contract on a house that would with its problems or potential problems drain their financial resources.

I work with clients in formulating solutions for various types of maintenance problems or other construction maladies.

I assist clients in the process of designing their dream house with special emphasis on designs, which will be both low cost to maintain as well as energy efficient. I also can assist a client in laying out a floor plan that is comfortable, efficient, functional and aesthetically appealing.
