I perform very exhaustive visual inspections providing the client with both oral and written reports giving them the informative knowledge they need in making a purchase
of a house. Through my experience I am able to show the client elements in a house that not only do not measure up to standard-building requirements, but other elements of construction that could require costly remedies sooner or later. Through careful inspections and informative reports I have been able to save my clients thousands of dollars both the negotiating the price of the house at the time of contract, or by the knowledge they have gained through such inspections to walk away from a contract on a house that would with its problems or potential problems drain their financial resources.
I work with clients in formulating solutions for various types of maintenance problems or other construction maladies.
I assist clients in the process of designing their dream house with special emphasis on designs, which will be both low cost to maintain as well as energy efficient. I also can assist a client in laying out a floor plan that is comfortable, efficient, functional and aesthetically appealing.
We also are involved in consulting for the site design for Energy/Natural Resource Self Sustaining Developments. We work with architects, Engineers and Civil Engineers in the concept development, implementation for components, and house designing for product specific construction for Natural Resource and Energy Self-Sustaining Communities.
